KRIE R. LOPEZ
When Krie was a new mother to her two silly girls, she co-authored a quirky series of children’s books in Filipino. Many years later, spooked by a paranormal presence in an old house in Baguio, faced with the unexpected isolation and uncertainty of the pandemic, and nudged by her overly affirming writing class, she wrote her first novel Oha, a story that expressed everything her soul was yearning for—connectedness, meaning, and peace.
