This little book simply talks about the importance of information using our intelligence in the food that we eat like Moringa. Food affects everything in us and out of us. The reaction of the body in what we eat is the stimulus in our DNA which we precariously inherit from previous generations in our family tree. Usually, allergies from childhood on certain food, changes during the years we live. The healing pattern of ingesting whole food that are organically grown and procesed does not happen overnight.
A lot of research studies on green gold (high value crops) like Moringa is ongoing. For example, there are new pesticides that effect changes in growing food. There are contrasting ideas towards food security versus food safety.
