Bistro Filipino by Chef Rolando Laudico
In stock
Chef Rolando Laudico opened Bistro Filipino, one of the first fine-dining Filipino restaurants, at Bonifacio Global City in 2006, and this coffee-table cookbook gathers more than fifty of his signature dishes, from Prawn Sinigang served in a martini glass to Roast Beef Kare-Kare and Maja Blanca Cheesecake. Edited by his mother, Yolanda Perez Johnson of Soumak, it pairs the recipes with a glossary of traditional Filipino dishes and ingredients. The book documents Laudico's approach of reworking Filipino classics with contemporary presentation and plating.
