I have always wanted to write a coming-of-age series and a feel-good series. I figured that Negros, specifically a fictional place called Altagracia, would be the ideal setting for me. The three books in this boxed set are all light stories—with one story encompassing all three.
I don’t usually play favorites, but if I really had to pick a favorite series among my works, this would be one of them. I felt good writing these stories. They were breaths of fresh air from the long stories and series I have been writing for a while now.
In fact, I missed writing in this series so much that I want to make another one in the future.
