Hartendorp (Manila, 1951) is a private-edition collection of verse and prose by the founder of Philippine Magazine and the unofficial historian of the Santo Tomas Internment Camp, gathering pre-war poems, verse written during 37 months of Japanese captivity, and prose fragments from his unpublished wartime history.
This copy is inscribed by Hartendorp to “Sky Phillips Beaven,” signed from his Quezon City home and dated April 14, 1975, the year of his death.
