Some of the stories are derived from oral history written down for the first time and preserved to be read by future generations.  It also opens unintended controversies about how things happened such as how the Katipunan was betrayed or how General Antonio Luna was assassinated or Emilio Aguinaldo defended his actions during the Philippine Revolution. The stories can be checked with the established version for the readers comparison.
